Litescaler is committed to providing high-quality hosting services to our valued customers. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a customer wishes to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted and the procedures customers must follow to request a refund.


1. General Refund Policy

Litescaler offers refunds to first-time users under specific conditions and for select services only. Refunds are applicable exclusively to hosting services and do not extend to domain registrations, website development services, or any other ancillary products or services provided by Litescaler. By using our services, customers agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.


2. Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund, customers must meet the following conditions:

  • The refund request must be submitted within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
  • The refund applies only to first-time users of Litescaler’s hosting services.
  • The service for which the refund is requested must not have been used in a way that violates our Terms of ServiceAcceptable Use Policy, or other legal agreements.
  • Refunds will not be provided for accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to policy violations.
  • Refunds will not be granted for any domain name registrationswebsite development services, or any non-hosting related services.

3. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund request, customers must follow these steps:

  1. Submit a written request via email to contact@litescaler.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Order ID].”
  2. The request must include the following details:
    • Full Name
    • Email Address
    • Order ID
    • Date of Purchase
    • Reason for the Refund Request
  3. The Litescaler team will review the request and respond within five (5) business days with a decision.

4. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days from the approval date.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Customers who have paid via credit/debit card or online payment gateway may experience additional processing time based on their financial institution’s policies.
  • Litescaler is not responsible for any delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Domain Name Registrations (including renewals and transfers)
  • Website Development Services
  • SSL Certificates
  • Third-Party Services or Add-ons purchased through Litescaler
  • Setup Fees (if applicable)
  • Licenses for Software or Applications
  • Any services used in violation of Litescaler’s policies

6. Refunds for Downtime or Service Issues

  • Litescaler strives to maintain an uptime guarantee, and we take service availability seriously.
  • Refunds for downtime-related issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Any service disruption caused by force majeure eventsscheduled maintenancecustomer actions, or third-party issues will not be eligible for refunds.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Customers who initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Litescaler for a resolution may face account suspension or termination.
  • If a chargeback is filed, Litescaler reserves the right to dispute the claim and take necessary legal action to recover any funds owed.

8. Amendments to the Refund Policy

Litescaler reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of customers to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.
