Turbocharge Your Site: How to Update Your PHP Version in Seconds

PHP is the engine that drives your website in the world of web hosting. And just like your car engine,
using an outdated version will slow you down and increase fuel consumption.

Litescaler PHP Performance Hero

One of the simplest “performance hacks” you can do is update your PHP version to the latest version (PHP
8.2, 8.3, or 8.4). This will immediately boost the loading speed of your WordPress website and increase its
capacity to handle traffic. Not to mention, outdated PHP versions will no longer receive security patches,
putting your website at risk.

At Litescaler, we won’t require you to dig into complicated configuration files just to upgrade your engine.
You can easily replace it with just a few clicks.

Step-by-Step Engine Upgrade

Step 1

Go to Websites

First, log in to your Litescaler Control Panel. On your main dashboard, look at
the left sidebar. Click on the “Websites” tab.
